Cube were appointed as Project Managers, Contract Administrators and CDMC for the second phase of this site development, having previously being appointed on Phase I.
Approximately 5 acres of brown field land was remediated prior to the development of the site to accommodate 90,000 sq ft of offices.
The site is situated at Ellesmere Port adjacent to Junction 7 of the M53 motorway.
The Phase II project was a purpose built 30,000 sq ft three storey office building, which was competitively tendered and constructed under a Design & Build contract. Site infrastructure was completed for future phases.
A very good BREEAM rating was achieved.
The project was carried out in association with Ellesmere Port and Borough Council, North West Regional Development Agency, part funded by European Regional Development Fund and in association with The Royal Bank of Scotland.
