Development Monitor Dirft II

One Million Sqft warehouse. Working with the Stobart Group teams, we assisted the development strategy for one of their largest property acquisitions. Our involvement was to provide a design performance guide for the Developer to construct the warehouse to the exact specification of the tenant. We monitored the development through the 2/3  year construction phase right the way through to occupation of the Warehouse. The logistical aspects included a new Rail terminal, Highway infrastructure and stringent Environmental policies..
