Working with Eddie Stobart's Property team, we developed a number of Night Owl Truckstop’s projects at Rugby and Carlisle which included Transport Café’s, Rest Areas, Fuel Depots, Hotels and Lorry Parks. The prominent site in Rugby is now one of the Largest in Europe and occupies over 500 lorry base and logistical base for Stobarts to cover the East Midlands area. Cube were involved with Master Planning, Statutory Consents including Local Authority Archaeological Unit and Environment Agencies, Design and Project Management Services.
