Cube were appointed as Project Managers, Employer’s Agent and CDMC for this successful new design and build of retail units to extend the capacity at the Freeport.
Hornsea Freeport was one of the first outlet Villages offering branded retail and leisure units. A master plan was developed to meet the new demand of designer stores and leisure activities required for the area.
The first stage of the master plan was to design and build 10,000 sqft, 5 No. retail units incorporating a pre let with ‘Clarks’ to a high specification to match the existing purpose built retail space.
