Cube provide pre-acquisition advice, building surveys and property surveys in relation to sub-division and modification of targeted sites. Considerations that must be taken into account include floor loadings, access for deliveries and the general logistics of the building. Cube has developed a long standing relationship with Iceland and has delivered more than 20 projects. In addition to providing pre-acquisition surveys, Cube work very closely with Iceland’s in-house store development team providing measured surveys and producing base plans for the team to utilise in their fit-outs.
