Scarsbrick Hall is said to be one of England’s finest examples of residential Gothic Architecture. The building currently houses a private school and the local authority has identified it as a building at risk. Stuart Prescott, Cube’s specialist heritage surveyor was appointed by the local authority to detail a strategy of urgent repairs which totalled £2.5million.
