Design and fit-out of a new restaurant in Manchester. Cube was commissioned to design and manage the fit-out of Red Hot Buffet's Manchester Restaurant. The budget was £1 million.
Cube’s Approach:
This was a fast track project and it was imperative that Cube quickly built a close working relationship with the client, as clear and correct interpretation of their requirements was a must. A large proportion of the design was bespoke including a vast bar area. The Manchester venue is their largest restaurant to date and was heavily promoted on the run up to their official opening day so a late project delivery was out of the question. Cube implemented a robust delivery schedule which ensured a smooth delivery.
