Cube offer specialist Party Wall advice under the Party Wall Etc Act 1996 and are accredited with the RICS for the Neighbourly Disputes Resolution Service. Henry Boot approached Cube to obtain Party Wall Awards for a large B&Q new build development which abounds the Rochdale Canal and industrial units. We assisted the Design Team to provide the most cost effective solution to achieve a swift agreement with the adjoining owners. We successfully negotiated Party Wall Awards to allow the development to continue.
