Cube successfully tendered for the appointment in acting as Designers and Project Managers for this project.

The Client required the reconfiguration of their Emergency Operations Centre based in Bicester.

The reconfiguration of the office space had to be undertaken to facilitate new technology & operational procedures, requiring replanning of their existing usage.

All work had to be undertaken in a live environment and thus required extensive forward planning and consultation before works commenced as well as throughout the works.

The design process was to replan existing spaces, utilising new desking.

A strict programming sequence was devised for both Contractors and suppliers in the delivery of the project, which was completed in 3 week timescale.

Extensive IT & electrical modificactions were required, which had to be co-ordinated to ensure the emergency operations were not compromised at any time.
