A redundant building formerly occupied by a printing company was acquired as a joint venture by 3 local professional businesses to convert into high quality city centre office space.

The development involved providing additional floor space by way of constructing a steel frame on top of the existing building, together with a high specification refurbishment throughout to suit the end user requirements.

Cube were commissioned initially to undertake an acquisition survey of the premises and carry out a feasibility study report on the viability for conversion and use as commercial offices.

Cube worked closely with the Client and their Trust advisors in designing and costing a scheme that met their legal and occupation requirements.

Cube provided lease advice, pre contract advice on the design & specification of the works.

Cube were appointed as contract administrators, working closely with the SIPP parties ensuring that their design brief was strictly adhered to and completed on time and within budget.

Project Value: £1.2m
