Cube provided Project Management and CDM-C services in connection with the redevelopment of a former hotel site into 21 luxury apartments. The units are high quality and provide spacious accommodation with an outlook over an area of outstanding natural beauty of the Llangollen valley.
The development comprises 3 blocks of apartments with the top floor penthouses grossing 1,400 sq ft of luxury accommodation. The construction has been marked as Class A by Zurich for quality including many renewable energy/rainwater solutions. The site presented a number of challenges with a confined location and logistically difficult to facilitate construction.
