Cube were appointed by Premier Estate to provide Building Surveying services in relation to building defects on multiple sites to assist them to maintain the highest possible standards for property owners. Premier Estate provide management of over 11,000 properties which include single houses, blocks of flats, apartments, converted Mills, listed buildings and Stately Homes.
Typical advice includes condition surveys, roof repairs, water ingress issues, fabric repairs, specialist decorations and subsidence claims. Surveys include for on-site investigations, evasive and non evasive surveys and assessment of as-built record drawings.
A recent project involved the investigation of water ingress from a projecting balcony. Our investigations included an evasive survey to establish the condition of the building materials and design details used to undertake the water proofing. Cube provided detailed reports and specifications to rectify the works.
