Cube’s specialist heritage advisor, Stuart Prescott, has recently been appointed by a private client who wishes to purchase Bradley Old Hall in Burtonwood, Lancashire. The building is grade two listed, dates back to the 13th century and is surrounded by a beautiful medieval moat.
Cube’s Approach:
Stuart is currently compiling a report detailing the structure of the building and identifying which elements are original. Budget costs for remedial works are being calculated and consultations with the local authority and English Heritage about the possible abductation of the building are being undertaken.
