Cube were chosen by the Local Authority and building owner to assist with repair and eradication of dry rot, which was destroying the structure of the Grade II 18th Century farmhouse.

We performed specialist and exploratory surveys in order to assess the building’s structural integrity.  Our aim being to preserve the historic integrity of the building features, limiting the irreversible damage caused by dry rot.  Working closely with specialist contractors and the Local Authority Conservation Department, we established a specification which involved repairing a number of internal wattle and daub walls, roof structure, structural timbers and masonry walls.
