The residential scheme involved demolition of a redundant warehouse/clothes factory and development of 18 No. 2 bedroom apartments. The principal objective from planning was to develop a scheme in keeping with the Conservation Area and adjacent Listed Building. Cube provided Employer’s Agent and CDM-C services to develop the apartments into luxury, high specification accommodation within Warrington town centre
