Cube were appointed as Project Managers, Employer’s Agent and CDMC for this successful new design and build office development.
Design and build development comprises of new build three storey ‘L’ configuration steel framed and curtain walled office block, two wings provide total 35,000 sq ft of high specification fully air conditioned office space, off central service core. Renewable energy provided by specialist closed loop ground source heat pump system served from the continuous trenches back to the office building from boreholes constructed in the dedicated car park area.
The completed office scheme achieved a Very Good BREEAM rating.
Project carried out in association with the European Regional Development Fund, EU & Merseyside part funding and the Anglo Irish Bank.
The project was completed successfully and was sold prior to completion.
Cube worked closely with the purchaser in ensuring a smooth transition for their future occupation of the property.
