Cube were appointed as Project Managers, Employer’s Agent and CDMC for this successful new design and build office development.
The project was a new three storey steel framed, curtain walled office block formed in two wings with a central service core, providing a total of 35,000 sq ft to a high specification.
Renewable energy was provided by a specialist ground source closed loop heat pump system served from 100no. deep well boreholes constructed beneath the site car park area.
A very good BREEAM rating was acheived.
The project was carried out in association with the European Regional Development Fund, EU & Merseyside part funding and the Anglo Irish Bank.
The project was completed successfully and was sold prior to completion.
Cube worked closely with the purchaser in ensuring a smooth transition for their future occupation of the property.
