About Us

Cube is a multi-disciplinary project management, design, cost and surveying consultancy.

Established in 2001. The principal Directors having previously worked for large national practices, private companies and public sector bodies including Local Authority, Universities and The Royal Palaces.   We continue to provide a varied range of services to organisations in both Private and Public Sectors.  Delivering a wide range of consultancy services with our extensive experience of individual market sectors provided by way of principals and professional staff alike.

Our core activities require specific experience to successfully deliver projects and services, which range from inception of a building through to end user integration and ultimate redevelopment. A single nominated point of contact for our clients is provided throughout this process.

We have long term appointment providing technical and development guidance and direction to large national multi site clients, ranging from PPM advice and surveys, to technical specification through to development appraisals.

Our Directors have utilised their depth and diversity of knowledge to develop and nurture the Cube business to compliment clients' requirements over the past 14 years.  Our experience, commitment and reliable team of staff have grown over the years, which the company fully support and nurture with training and development.  This attitude is recognised by virtue of our achievement with Investors in People (IIP) status in May 2004 which was later renewed in May 2011 to Silver standard.

Our Quality Control policy remains to work closely with the client and their service team, to ensure compliance with standard performance documentation.  With our in-house bespoke Project Management System (PMS) software, regular internal controls for compliance are continually monitored.  The client is also provided regular updates through a Quality Control Progress Report.

The company adopts the RICS ‘Surveying Safely’ guidance and has Method Statements and Risk Assessments in place for activities of employees undertaking site inspections and surveys.  Our Health & Safety Policy covers companywide issues and activity on behalf of clients.  Incorporated within our Health and Safety Policy are: The Workplace (Health Safety and Welfare) Regulations 1992 & The Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999.  Our policy is to work closely with the client and design team to ensure compliance with the Act ensuring performance of individuals.  Being best demonstrated by our repeat business for clients, together with the successful funded development proposals we have undertaken.

Located in Warrington, Cheshire, gives us an ideal location in relation to the motorway, rail and airport networks.
